Hello World,
If you have installed Exchange 2003 servers, you probably remember the exDeploy.hta tool that was available. The tool could help you in setting up your Exchange server based on your existing infrastructure. Microsoft and Exchange Teams have pushed the concept a little bit further. They have developed the Exchange Deployment Assistant.
This is a web-based tool that consultants and in-house IT people can use to help and prepare the Exchange 2010 deployment. It’s quite well done. You have to answer to some questions (really a few in fact) and the tool will generate quite a complete check list and procedures to be performed in order to install or migrate to Exchange 2010.
This tool is a great enhancement. You can use this tool to generate and customize your deployment strategy in a quicker manner. So, if you are preparing your exchange deployment might be interesting to have a look at it. Click here to access this great web based tool.
